Instructions

  1. Mix mezcal, crème de cacao, and Grand Marnier in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir for an extended period.
  3. Strain the mixture over one big ice cube into a rocks glass.
  4. Pour bitters directly onto the ice.
  5. Lightly stir again.
  6. Garnish with orange peel and coffee beans.
