- Combine 1 -2 Drops Blue Food Dye, 60 ml Peach Infused Barley Shochu, 22.5 ml Shochu Peach Syrup, 60 ml Tonic Water, and 60 ml Club Soda in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
- Finish with 1 (optional) top with 2 dashes peach bitters on top.
