- Combine 45 ml Peach Skin Oleo Saccharum, 15 ml Pear Syrup, 1 -2 Drops Blue Food Dye, 60 ml Tonic Water, 60 ml Club Soda, and 30 ml Tomato Water in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir gently for about 30 seconds until well-chilled and properly diluted.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass.
- Finish with 1 (optional) top with 2 dashes peach bitters on top.
