Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the Cherry Heering, lime juice, Bénédictine, grenadine, gin, Angostura bitters, triple sec and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well until cold.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
