Instructions

  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Add the gin, lime juice, pineapple juice, Angostura bitters, grenadine, triple sec, Bénédictine and Cherry Heering to a shaker filled with ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
