Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add the apple brandy, sockerlag-style simple syrup, mint sprigs and apple juice to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the ice-filled glass.
  5. Top with champagne and add a mint sprig as garnish.
