Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add the cognac, apple brandy, pear & cognac liqueur, lemon juice, vanilla bitters and saline solution to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.

  5. Top with prosecco.
  6. Garnish with a pear wedge.
