Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add Scotch Whisky, Pear & Cognac Liqueur, Apple Juice, Lime Juice, Vanilla Syrup, Vanilla Bitters and Saline Solution 4:1 to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a pear wedge.
