Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Halve the passion fruit and scoop the pulp into the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the cognac, Scotch, lime juice, apple juice and pear juice.
  4. Fill with ice and shake until cold.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a pear slice.
