Instructions

  1. Chill the coupe.
  2. Add the bourbon, saffron syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, egg white and Angostura bitters to a shaker without ice.
  3. Shake hard to whip up the egg white.
  4. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with saffron fronds.
