Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add the Pineau Des Charentes, apricot liqueur, lemon juice, rich sugar syrup and egg white to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice wheel and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
