Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Pour the grenadine into the glass first.
  3. Pour the orange juice slowly over the back of a bar spoon so it floats on top of the grenadine.
  4. Layer the pineapple juice, then the blue curaçao, then the white rum in the same way.
  5. Finish by carefully pouring the cream over the spoon as the top layer.
