Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add apple brandy, Dubonnet and dry vermouth.
  3. Stir until well chilled. Shaking works too if you prefer it.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist an orange zest over the drink and use it as garnish.
