Instructions

  1. Muddle the Pineapple in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the Cognac, Dark Rum, Orange Juice and Maraschino Liqueur, then fill the shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until cold.
  4. Fine strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Pour the Port Wine slowly over the top so it floats on the drink.
  6. Garnish with raspberries.
