Named provocatively in 2003 at London's Townhouse by Douglas Ankrah, the Porn Star Martini isn't actually a traditional Martini. It features vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, and passion fruit purée, accompanied by a shot of chilled Champagne meant to cleanse the palate between sips. Despite its unconventional ingredients, it has become a modern classic.
