Douglas Ankrah created the Porn Star Martini at The Townhouse in London in 2003 and gave it a deliberately provocative name. It is not a Martini in the traditional sense: it is built on vanilla-flavoured vodka, with passion fruit used both as a liqueur and as a purée, and it is served with a small glass of chilled Champagne to refresh the palate between sips.
