Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Cut two passion fruits in half and scoop the seeds and pulp from three of the halves into a shaker.
  3. Add the vodka, gin, triple sec and lime juice.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake until cold.
  5. Strain into the chilled coupe and top with cava.
  6. Garnish with the remaining passion fruit half.
