Three rums blended with orange and lime juice, honey, cinnamon and sugar syrups, falernum and allspice dram, plus a touch of butter. Fruity and spiced, rounded by honey and the richness of the rum blend.

The Polynesian Pearl Diver, from 2015, is a variation on Don the Beachcomber's original Pearl Diver. It takes its inspiration from the film Django Unchained and the fictional cocktail character in it.
