Instructions

  1. Muddle the mint with a little crushed ice in a highball glass.
  2. Shake the crème de cassis, simple syrup, bourbon and Cherry Heering with ice.
  3. Strain into the glass.
  4. Pack more crushed ice on top.
  5. Finish with fresh mint and a pair of cherries threaded onto a pick.
