Instructions

  1. Ignite the tarragon using a flame from a lighter sprayed with bitter oil for added aroma.
  2. In a mixing vessel, crush the tarragon leaves together with lemon juice.
  3. Then, pack the container with ice cubes before adding tequila, pear liqueur, and bitters.
  4. Vigorously agitate this mixture.
  5. Strain it twice through a fine mesh into a bucket glass filled with fresh ice.
  6. Finish by pouring in soda water to taste.
  7. For garnish, place a small sprig of tarragon on the rim of the drink.
