A tart, fruity gin sour where apricot liqueur adds stone-fruit sweetness, lemon and lime keep it sharp, and Peychaud's bitters give a faint anise note. A few drops of saline round out the flavours.

- Add gin, apricot liqueur, lemon juice, lime juice, rich sugar syrup, Peychaud's Bitters and saline solution 4:1 to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain into the chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
