Instructions

  1. Fill the cocktail glass with ice so it frosts over and gets properly cold.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the Cognac and Cachaça.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is ice cold.
  4. Tip the ice out of the glass and strain the drink in.
  5. Garnish with a red cherry and orange zest.
