Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add bourbon, Dubonnet, curaçao orange, orange juice, pineapple juice, absinthe and Peychaud's bitters to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist and a skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and pineapple wedge.
