Created by Drew Fields in Washington D.C. in 2018. Shaken gin with lemon juice, lemon syrup and egg white, with a little vanilla extract and Angostura. Tart and silky, with the vanilla softening the lemon.

- Mix gin, lemon juice, syrup, vanilla extract, and egg white or aquafaba in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Pour the mixture back into the shaker without ice and shake again for 30 seconds to aerate it.
- Strain this concoction into a chilled coupe glass.
- Finish by adding several drops of lavender bitters as a garnish.
