The Nimble Penny came about after a few Vowel cocktails sparked a chat on childhood memories of caraway-flavored lemonade and Indian Nimbu Paani. Inspired by these nostalgic drinks, we crafted our own version. The white guy thought the Indian name was fitting but insisted it needed to be twisted into something completely off-kilter.

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a tumbler. Fill with ice. Agitate vigorously. Pour through a strainer into a collins glass filled with large, flat ice cubes. Sprinkle soda water on top. Decorate with a lemon peel twist.
