Instructions

  1. Crush the mint leaves and Domaine de Canton together in a cocktail shaker until fully infused.
  2. Pour in the gin and lemon juice.
  3. Strain twice through a fine mesh into a mule mug over big ice cubes.
  4. Fill the drink up with ginger beer, then garnish it with a sprig of mint and a slice of lemon.
