Shake Gin, Aperol, Triple Sec, Lime Juice with ice. Strain into a coupe.
During a year-long mandatory break from work, I tried out various combinations of liqueurs, fruit juices, and spirits with Aperol. This cocktail emerged as my favorite creation. Booths Gin works best for me, but Beefeaters is also excellent, or try Brokers gin for a bolder botanical flavor.
