A sidecar-style sour that swaps the usual brandy base for vodka, with apple brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup and tangerine juice. Bright and citrusy, with a gentle apple note underneath. Created by Ryan Magarian at Restaurant Zoe, Seattle, and adapted by Gary Regan in 2009.
