Stir Mezcal, Dry Sherry, Byrrh, BéNéDictine with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

After spotting a mention of Paul McGee’s Rum River Mystic, I recalled how much I loved it and thought about creating my own variation. Inspired by mezcal and Fino sherry, I replaced the original rye and rum with these spirits. To maintain the theme of alliteration and place names, I named this concoction the Mayan Mountain Mystic.
