- Gently bruise the Mint Sprig in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the Green Chartreuse, Simple Syrup and Lime Juice.
- Add plenty of ice and shake hard until the shaker is properly cold.
- Strain into a shot glass.
- Top with Club Soda, give it one gentle stir and serve right away.
