Instructions

  1. Add the Skinos Mastiha, White Rum, Lime Juice and Mint Sprig to a shaker filled with ice and shake well.
  2. Strain through a fine strainer into a highball glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir with a bar spoon, lifting the ice from the bottom, to mix and chill the drink.
  4. Top up with crushed ice and stir again.
  5. Repeat until the crushed ice reaches the top of the glass.
  6. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve with straws.
