A tall, fruity rum drink where orange and lemon juice meet the almond sweetness of orgeat. Pisco adds a dry edge, and a float of dark rum finishes the top.

- Add the lemon juice, white rum, orange juice, orgeat and pisco to a shaker with ice and shake well.
- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice and strain the drink over it.
- Float the dark rum on top.
- For a more theatrical serve, pour it into a hollowed-out lime shell instead and set the float alight with a match.
- Garnish with an orange slice and a mint sprig.
