Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the Crème de Cassis, Amaro Montenegro, lime juice, absinthe and simple syrup.
  3. Shake until the shaker is cold.
  4. Fill a rocks glass with ice, ideally with one large block of ice.
  5. Strain the drink into the glass.
  6. Garnish with a blackberry dusted with powdered sugar.
