Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice and top with chilled water. Let it sit while you mix.
  2. Shake the Green Chartreuse, absinthe, lime juice, simple syrup and gin with ice in a shaker.
  3. Empty the glass and refill it with fresh ice.
  4. Fine strain the shaken drink into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a spearmint leaf.
