- Muddle the Green Grapes and Pineapple in the bottom of a shaker.
- Fine strain the muddled fruit, without shaking, into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
- Add the Lime Juice, Orange Juice, Fresh Basil, Gin and White Rum to the glass.
- Churn with a bar spoon until everything is well mixed.
- Garnish with a grape, an orange slice and a pineapple slice.
