Instructions

  1. Add the amaretto, gin, lemon juice, angostura bitters and egg white to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until cold, then strain the liquid back into the empty shaker and discard the ice.
  3. Shake again without ice to whip the egg white into a foam.
  4. Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour the drink through a fine strainer into it.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry on a stick, set up like a sail.
