- Fill a shaker with ice and add the gin, white rum, Campari, amaretto, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup and the passion fruit.
- Shake hard until the shaker is well chilled.
- Fill a highball glass with crushed ice and strain the drink over it.
- Cut a lemon zest twist shaped like a shark fin and set it on the drink.
- Dot 3 drops of cranberry bitters (or grenadine) next to the fin as blood.
