Ryan Maybee put his spin on the Horsefeather, a cocktail that originated in Lawrence, Kansas during the early 1990s. Instead of using Old Overholt rye whiskey like the original recipe did, Maybee opted for a blended whiskey he co-created around 2014, which includes Oloroso sherry.
