Stir Venezuelan Rum, Diplomatico (Any Dry Carribbean Rum Should Do) Diplomatico (Any Dry Carribbean Rum Should Do), Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, Cynar 70 with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

The inspiration for the High Brow Boardwalk came from Frederic Yarm's Ambidextrous cocktail, which a friend shared from Boston. I wanted to incorporate more Bràulio into my drinks.
