Instructions

  1. Gently bruise the mint leaves in a julep cup.
  2. In a mixing glass, mash together two hulled strawberries, sugar, vinegar, and bitters.
  3. Pour bourbon into the mixture, add ice, and stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain twice into the prepared julep cup filled with crushed ice.
  5. Finish by adding a sprig of mint as garnish.
