Instructions

  1. Gently crush the mint sprigs in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the Genever, Lime Juice and Le Sirop De Monin Passion Fruit Sugar Syrup, fill with ice and shake until cold.
  3. Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the drink into it.
  4. Top with Club Soda and finish with a dash of Monin Grenadine Syrup.
  5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon zest twist.
