Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the Cynar, rye whiskey, absinthe and saline solution 4:1 to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist cut from the lemon peel.
