Ingredients: 60 ml Nardini; 10 ml Apricot Brandy; 30 ml Sweet Vermouth; 10 ml Yellow Chartreuse

Nardini stirred with sweet vermouth, yellow Chartreuse and apricot brandy and served in a coupe. Herbal and sweet with a touch of apricot fruit, and strong on spirit; from 2018.

In 2018 the creator bought a first bottle of grappa and took to it right away. The drink grew out of that discovery, as an attempt to widen the ways grappa is used in cocktails.
