Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the lavender syrup, triple sec, lime juice, gin, lemon juice and mezcal to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Add a splash of tonic.
  6. Flame a lemon zest twist over the drink and use it as garnish.
