Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Add the cognac, white rum, honey syrup, lemon juice, simple syrup and apricot jam to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the jam has dissolved and the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain over the fresh ice in the glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice and a mint sprig.
