- Muddle the grapes in the bottom of a shaker until they are broken up and juicy.
- Add the gin, Kahlúa, Campari, lemon juice and saline solution.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Thread three black grapes onto a skewer and lay it across the glass.
