- Muddle the blueberries in the bottom of a shaker.
- Add the Campari, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup, then fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled.
- Strain through a fine strainer into a rocks glass filled with ice, ideally over one large block of ice.
- Garnish with a blueberry and a lemon twist on a stick.
