Instructions

  1. Combine maple syrup, allspice dram, and bitters in an old-fashioned glass.
  2. Stir to mix well.
  3. Drop a big ice cube into the glass.
  4. Top up with chai-infused bourbon.
  5. Finish by twisting an orange peel over the drink as a garnish.
