Stir Mezcal, Pineapple Rum, Amaro, Cinnamon Syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.
I combined elements from two existing drinks: the mezcal-pineapple rum mix from my Devil's Kitchen and Illegal Dance Moves with the Sfumato-cinnamon blend from Hell Haggerty and Idlewild's Armstrong. Inspired by a part of Tarawa’s coast mentioned in "The Sex Lives of Cannibals," I named this concoction the Cannibal Cove.
