Instructions

  1. Chill a double rocks glass.
  2. Pour the gin, orgeat, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a shaker.
  3. Add a scoop of pebble ice and whip-shake briefly and hard.
  4. Pour everything, ice included, into the chilled glass and pile more pebble ice on top.
  5. Garnish with a mint bouquet and add a straw.
