Instructions

  1. Put the orange, demerara syrup, Angostura bitters and maraschino liqueur in the bottom of a rocks glass.
  2. Muddle until the orange has released its juice and oils.
  3. Add the cognac.
  4. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir briefly.
  5. Garnish with an orange wheel and a Luxardo maraschino cherry sail.
